Never called me back
I have called this office twice, and haven’t received a call back. Even though the voicemail recording states that the office will return the call in 2 days.
I live in Arizona and I am buying a house for my daughter in Arkansas. The sellers backed out of the signed contract so I was given a referral for Dustin Duke. I called yesterday and spent 20 minutes on the phone with the secretary giving all my information and I made a phone appointment for this morning at 10:30 AM Arkansas time. I patiently waited by my phone for Dustin dukes call. I finally decided at 11 o’clock to call the office. I talked to a secretary who said she would find out what’s going on and put me on hold. She came back after about five minutes and told me that Justin Duke is too busy and he’s in a meeting and doesn’t have any more time for clients. Very unprofessional on Dustin Dukes part. Make me spend time on the phone giving all my information and waiting for a call which never happened. I would not recommend Dustin Duke anybody. So unprofessional.
