I would like to thank ARlaw. I recently purchased a house and asked my realtor to put the house into my trust, which they failed to do. I called ARlaw and spoke to Katie Freeman an attorney for ARlaw. She asked me some questions and to provide some information. Katie was all over it and had it done in a snap. The whole process was quick and painless. The people I met in the office were very nice and professional. If I need help in the future, I will be calling Katie’s team!
Dustin and his staff assisted my family with a family probate case. They were a pleasure to work with. We had to work w/ other lawyers in other states outside of Arkansas and Dustin’s team was BY FAR the easiest to work with and most affordable. Would highly recommend.
I would not recommend Dustin Duke for legal representation. My partner, Michael, and I have been dealing with a complicated situation involving his mother, Claire, who sold him a house in 2020, leaving it in poor condition and filled with her belongings. Claire had previously removed several items from the property but, upon learning of a citation issued by the city regarding structural issues, she submitted a new list of demands for additional items. We declined to fulfill these demands on that specific date, but we never stated that she could not retrieve her items at a later time. When we declined, she sought legal representation, and her lawyer turned out to be Mr. Duke, who is in a personal relationship with Michael’s sister, Heather. Mr. Duke attempted to conceal their relationship, acting as though he had no ties to the family and seeming confused by the differences between Michael and his siblings. This raised significant concerns about conflicts of interest. Furthermore, Mr. Duke failed to disclose his personal connection to the family, which we believe influenced his handling of the case. Given the sensitive nature of the situation, including threats from Claire and the ongoing stress, we could not rely on Mr. Duke’s objectivity or professionalism. As a result, we advise against utilizing Mr. Duke specifically.
