I’ve been here three times and have had excellent care each time. I don’t understand the negative reviews. Only good things to say about the staff and providers.
I had an excellent experience at Sierra Orthopedics, thanks to Dr. McMillan. From the moment I arrived, Dr. McMillan made me feel at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain the details of my arm injury, ensuring I understood the situation completely. I appreciated how he immediately reviewed my images as soon as they were available, walking me through exactly where the problem was and how severe it was. His level of care and attention to detail was exceptional, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about my well-being. The staff was equally wonderful, offering friendly and efficient service throughout my visit. I felt supported and well-informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Sierra Orthopedics to anyone in need of orthopedic care – their professionalism, knowledge, and compassion truly set them apart!
Went to this office Feb. to see about shoulder surgery, told the person I saw I wanted to get it done sooner vs. later because of upcoming trip in April and wanted to be healed up. He said no problem. Met few day later to go over MRI and indeed need surgery, that’s when I was told surgeon was out till April. I needed to go elseware. So he lied about getting it done quickly and also missed a key line diagnoses of MRI report that the second surgeon pointed out. So now off to see the orthopedic oncologist.
