Shook us down for tens of thousands of dollars.

Mr. Alexander is most helpful, however he is hard to reach because his personnel do not relay messages to him and also refuse to set up appointments to speak with him. I was told she will not set up an appointment to waste his time. Excuse me, ensuring my husband’s safety is not a waste of time! Additionally, Jeannie is rude, and incredibly unprofessional. Jeannie also hung up on me. I reached out several times for my husbands discovery packet and she mentioned that it is not a priority of hers and that she is busy and too busy to care if he get his discovery packet on time. It is sad because Mr Alexander is very straight forward and overall a good attorney but the staff he keeps very unprofessional! All who have been incarcerated know how important it is to have the legal paperwork submitted timely.

Mr. Alexander and his paralegal Karla have been most helpful in dealing with injuries from a car accident. I highly recommend them.
