Refuses to do phone call but asks for personal information over email before even talking on phone. Very strange.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been trying to contact them by phone, message, email, and on their website but NO ONE RESPONDS EVER!!! They have a nice website and he remarks “call my direct line” but no one answers the phone ever and they never call back either. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!! It’s that bad that they replied to this post 6 months later!!! And their response makes no sense at all. They don’t know if I’m a landlord or a tenant if they don’t answer the phone.
