Amber Handy is a bold faced liar. She lied on an official court document – a Motion For Continuance filed in our Douglas County Small Claims court case. She asked for a last minute continuance (I received the email after arriving in court, minutes before the scheduled start of our trial). She wrote that she was “still stuck in Phoenix” attending the American Bar Association annual conference. I didn’t trust her, so I called the ABA headquarters in Chicago, IL and learned that she did NOT attend the conference. Absolutely did not register or attend conference, from the reliable source of the ABA.
Ms. Amber Handy, Ms. Esmeralda, and their team are professional, responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. Although I did not get the answer I was hoping for and did not have a solid case, I appreciate her time and honesty. I would definitely recommend and return to her for advice!
Would absolutely recommend considering these people. They’re kindhearted, fairly priced and know what they’re doing. They helped me from a difficult situation into a very good situation.
