Instead of protecting my interests as their client, they appeared to prioritize my realtor’s agenda, failing to act impartially. After my experience, I looked into their reviews and noticed a pattern of similar complaints—clearly, I am not the only one who has faced issues with their professionalism and integrity. I strongly advise others to pay attention to these negative reviews and avoid this company. Instead, I highly recommend Springdale Titles, where I received professional, courteous service without bias or discrimination.
