Only good thing that has come out of this place is John ward which I wanted to retain but apparently he isn’t working here anymore not only that, but they refuse to answer there phone they are so rude to people like we don’t already have a tough time with the slumlords that we are suing or going to court for. Yes y’all handle many cases but if a person comes to your door and stands for 2 hours that is extremely unprofessional why do you have a call box to get in makes you wonder what else is going on in here you can’t even speak to these people because their attitudes say it all. You’re supposed to be patient and caring to people facing evictions especially since they are paying to return you. It’s not like this is free so I don’t understand the unprofessionalism here. Anyway I’m glad I won my case regardless of how this law firm has treated people who are seeking help.

you get what you pay for, comes to mind when thinking of BASTA not in it for the little guy. if you can avoid hiring this firm, do so, otherwise don’t ask for anyone with the starting letter of “J”
