We went to Brian J Banahan, LLC, to write our new wills and also open a Trust. Our initial consultation with Brian was very informative. Our circumstances were a little unusual in that we would require the services of a bank trust to be the executor of our will/trust,,as we had no one to appoint to that position. Brian provided us with the names of several banks and/or organizations he felt confident with to carry out this function.
