Little interest in upholding the law. No interest in helping citizens of Connecticut. Rampant culture of incompetence.
The Office of William Tong, Connecticut Attorney General, has helped me on more than one occasion. Assistant Attorney General Thomas Ryan personally resolved my complaint, and obtained the result I was seeking. Personally, I don’t have any “connections;” I am a senior citizen who was being taken advantage of, until Attny. Ryan got the fairness I deserved!
They at least gave me information pertaining to my issue. More personable and professional.
