Horrible attorney! I’d suggest you avoid him. He required a $2,500.00 retainer fee. Then never set up anything, (literally NOTHING!!) never filed any paperwork, never set up court dates, never met with the other attorney.. literally nothing! He’d always claim “Oh, my secretary was supposed to do that.” When services were not rendered, I requested a refund and he went missing! Won’t take my calls or return them. No refund. On top of that, he did claim once he had filed for a court date. Left me sitting at the courthouse for over an hour. When I asked why my case wasn’t shown on the screen, he blew me off, asked me to wait there for him. Then the usual, “My secretary was suppose to file the paperwork.” I didn’t realize I hired a secretary.. After leaving me sitting there for an hour, he decided that he should offer me breakfast… Like a meal is going to make up for an hour of wasted time and $2,500.00 worth of a retainer fee. Steer clear of this guy if you want anything done!!
