Alton D. Kenney, an attorney based in Brick Township, New Jersey, has received mixed reviews from clients. While some praise his professionalism and legal knowledge, particularly highlighting his success in dismissing charges and providing confidence in legal decisions, others express frustration over communication issues and lack of personal involvement in their cases. Overall, those who had positive experiences commend his effectiveness and the support from his staff, suggesting that he can be a reliable choice for certain legal matters.
This guy represents people accused of molesting cats. Also, in general isn’t a very good lawyer according to many (just look at reviews) Does not have a good track record when it comes to actually winning cases. Better off with a public defender.
This man has represented me for two separate cases. He has got a TRO thrown out by proving lack of evidence and the domestic violence/ simple assault charge dismissed. Super professional, extremely knowledgeable with law. He has made me feel confident in choices and decisions. His daughter who I believe is his secretary, has amazing communication & has always double and triple checked I received notifications.
He took my case, that by law and his own words, should have been won, charged me $5,000 and then another $5,000. But after I paid him he gave my case to his paralegal, without telling me. He wouldn’t answer my calls and my case was lost. I paid for him. Not a paralegal. Very unprofessional
