Absolutely not for black women and children! Wrote a prenup giving me the house in case of divorce. I suffered 17 years of drug fueled violence and depression in the marriage and left to spare the child’s life. When ex husband died relatives wanted nothing to do with him or his estate and vowed to get it and turn it over to me. Accettura added the home to my ex’s estate and convinced the relatives to keep the estate. Knowing that I made my living by the estate. Accettura posted my ex husband’s belongings on his own personal Facebook page for to be sold. I am living out of my car with my son because of this evilness and greed. Don’t let this happen to your family! Stay away from this law firm especially if you’re black!
