THE WORST ATTORNEY IN ALABAMA!!! I have called him at least 20 times to see if he had a copy of a will he prepared a few years ago. His secretary said she gave him my cell phone number but he would NEVER return my call. His secretary said she was new and had no idea where he kept his files that were not current. I drive to Birmingham 700 miles to see if he would let me make a copy of my mother’s will. I thought at the time that the will had been destroyed in a fire we had a few years before. air went to his office 3 days in a row, July 10, 11, 12. Each day the secretary said he would be in the next day. She assured me he had my cell phone but he never called me. ALL HE HAD TO DO was let me know if he had a copy of the will or not. He refused to contact me. The next week I was able to find a copy of the will he prepared and according to the secretary he still has. TOTALLY I COMPETENT ATTORNEY.
