Do not use this lawyer. Go somewhere else. The I30 form was filled with mistakes their office made but they will just blame immigration on that even though you finally received a copy of the I30 a year later! Because of all the mistakes you will constantly keep receiving requests for evidence on the same paperwork you already provided to the law firm. They will be able to reach you when they are reminding you about an upcoming payments but when they need more paperwork they say it was impossible to reach you. They will charge you for a service like CRBA but then do absolutely nothing and make you do all the work (appointment and applications) but not willingly to give you a refund for something that they did not do. The lawyers act like you are annoying them or disturbing them and we were switched to 4 different lawyers…for one case, so you can get the general idea of how all the lawyers are there. Then when you finally agree to an appointment after terminating them off your case, and you are told that they WANT to give you a refund, the lawyer fails to be on time or to bother with contacting you that they are running late because apparently your time is not valuable to them. However they will contact you letting you know they weren’t happy with how you acted because you were upset and tried of being used and want to talk about it but not once apologize for being late and definitely don’t mention the refund that they promised.
