I made an appointment for my 77 yr old neighborhood for a Will & TOD. After waiting a week and half we went to his house office on 13th street and the minute we walked in his dog barked at us and kept barking for the 15 minute we were there. We couldn’t hear each other to be able to fill out the questionnaire. I love dogs, we have some ourselves but when the dog is barking continuously and was 10 inches away from me it was just very unprofessional especially for a law firm. He came out after we walked out the door and told us why we were leave I explained we can’t hear each other because of his dog. He said there is a conference room but we told him we needed to leave. He said well you have your own opinion. I put my dog in a room and close the door when company comes to my house. This business just left the dog barked at us all the time we were there. I am not saying this attorney is good or not just very unprofessional especially for a law firm. Our slacks were full of dog hair when we came home after sitting on their bench.
Today 3/31/25 my dwi case was dismissed, 10/23/24 i picked up a dwi an i hired Mr Roland Rivera,let me tell you it was the best decision I made..Although all cases an circumstances are different an nothin is guaranteed,but I must say Rivera put 100% into my case an was always upfront about things an how they were goin about my case.Never once did I feel in the dark about my case,or stressed about the outcome.He always showed up to our hearings,an was confident about the process,these things take time.Not once did he ever upcharge me for anything then what we agreed on,,an that was awesome,I’m proud to say an recommend any one facing harships of a Dwi ,definitely give him the call,Like I said an he told me nothin is guaranteed but he did guarantee to put into the case an he did just that..Thanks to him an his law firm….
