If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. Make sure you do your research before hiring this piece of work. The bad reviews do not lie. This man is a scammer. He will fill your head with lies and broken promises. When you try to reach out for an update, it will take weeks sometimes months for him to reach back out to you, and when he does, he doesn’t answer your questions. When you consult with him, he tells you his fee per hour and what it is for half an hour. But he leaves out that he charges $30 each email outgoing and incoming and that he charges for the work you do for him, such as sending medical records.
Mainly good at Personal Injury Matters; not really good with Trials. Only focuses on losing cases if it ends up going to trial and does not have your best interest at all. He would only settle cases.
I had a difficult case but I was able to get the assistance I needed. Attorney Nicholas Smith was able to break down documents to me so that I could understand. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needed help at an affordable price.
