Morris Legal and Tax

Mr. Morris knowingly committed libel and defamation and made knowingly false comments regarding his handling of a probate case. He has no ethical standards and no problem telling outright lies. He need to be a public defender since he likes representing low lives and lowering himself to their standards. He considers withdrawing his client’s petition to be estate administrator to be very successful litigation, what a joke. Mr. Morris is obviously desperate for money and clients and continues to engage in professional misconduct. He recently held his loser client Robin Formaro out to be an appropriate candidate for our mother’s estate despite knowing that Robin stole from his father’s estate (Mr. Morris covered his theft up). I was never the subject of a criminal investigation and the Court did not take issue with anything I did on my mother’s behalf. Mr. Morris then claimed that “he prevented me from stealing $100,000 from my dying mother.” My mother hated his client and wouldn’t even allow him in her house. Mr. Morris continues to represent my loser brother Robin who I am sure any decent attorney wouldn’t even consider representing due to his past history. Mr. Morris filed a petition on behalf of Robin asserting there is a $100,000 estate; I’m assuming the same $100, 000 Mr. Morris lied about trying to make himself sound like a big shot attorney who gets results when in fact he is nothing but as big of a loser liar as his client. Robin’s petition was dismissed after I filed an objection stating what a liar thief he was and what a liar Mr. Morris is. Mr. Morris has no class, no integrity, no credibility and no problem committing criminal acts and civil torts.
