I didn’t have them as lawyers but after having a prior lawyer fail to give me answers i knew had to be there also telling me i didn’t understand the complexity of the case not to mention i only drove or investigated commercial vehicle accidents for 23 years of my life. I was at a loss but the gentleman i talked to explained more in 20 minutes there my other one ever he took time to help with advice and he didn’t have to
I wish that this was a positive review and I was able to leave 5 stars. The reason I am leaving this review now is because I am having my second open heart surgery, which brought me back to this situation.
And not a day goes by that I don’t think about everything!!
I am a husband to an amazing woman and father of two brave & amazing little boys!!!
Not only do I suffer, but they do as well , so it was only fair that I bring them up in this review..
This is a brief summary of my experience,
As I reflect on this experience, I am struck by the potential ripple effects that effective legal guidance could have had. Even if financial compensation had not been the ultimate outcome, the opportunity to prevent further instances of negligence and advocate for patient safety could have had a far-reaching impact on countless lives.
Back in 2016, I fell seriously ill and sought medical attention at our local hospital. Despite numerous visits, I was repeatedly sent home without receiving the necessary care. It was only when my wife’s intuition told her something was gravely wrong that we decided to seek help from a different hospital. This decision was life-altering, as it revealed that I had suffered a staggering 23 strokes. The subsequent journey involved open-heart surgery to address complications stemming from a severe blood infection.
That could have been prevented with proper medical treatment Presently,
As of today I am preparing for a second open-heart surgery. This ordeal has left me barely able to work, even playing with my children has become a challenge.
From the research I’ve conducted, it appears that had the initial hospital provided proper care, the course of events might have been drastically different. It’s disheartening to think that a different level of attention could have potentially prevented the blood infection and spared me from enduring this ongoing struggle.
In my pursuit of justice, I sought legal representation from Pribanic Lawyers. However, the experience was deeply disheartening. They strung me along, expending valuable time and resources, including significant costs for obtaining medical records. Ultimately, the legal process elapsed without resolution, leaving me with a sense of frustration. While they acknowledged the presence of potential grounds for action, the constraints of time thwarted any meaningful progress.
Not a day goes by that I don’t think about the outcome & how unfair the turn out was, the last thing I heard from the lawyer was that’s there is something there don’t give up â€What ever thast supposed to mean†I’m only left guessing, and completely in the dark not knowing where to turn to next..
I’m fighting to afford my second surgery and provide for my family, all while grappling with the irony that the hospital that correctly diagnosed me recommended suing the initial hospital. That’s where the initial idea of a “law suit†stemmed from!
