I have been a using the legal services of this form for over 25 years. When Paul Florenz passed away, I began to use Rechuitti. The man is a con artist. Unprofessional. His paralegal is beyond unprofessional. Disorganized. During the probate of my mother’s will, he initially told my sibling and I he would pay bills and make arrangements with her IRA funds. As SOON as he realized the accounts were all transfer on death and therefore not subject to attorney fees, he did nothing. Not even wrote a letter. It took over a year to get her money transferred. He never payed bills and I had to call every company to make arrangements to close accounts. My mother wanted trusts made for her grandchildren, and my siblings and I had to get our own tax ID’s for the trusts. I was and still am disgusted. Do not go to this man, at all. EVER. Stop voting for him for elected office and school board. He’s not that responsible.

The lawyers at this firm are completely unprofessional. They attempt to intimidate, threaten and display unnecessary aggression. They don’t read contracts thoroughly and give inaccurate information. Don’t use these gangsters.
