We filed a class action lawsuit in 2019 with another firm. Our case was transferred to Kirtland and Packard in 2020. We completed all of the necessary paperwork 3 years ago, yet we still have not had a resolution. The only time we get any updates is when we call to ask, and even then, all we are ever told is that the person who was working on our case is no longer working for the company and there aren’t any updates.
