Did my closing and complained that I was lazy since he had to contact HOA for bi laws/ Also charged me extra 1g for sending out additional boiler plate contact. Also left outstanding check open from purchaser and did not follow up to make sure I received it. I had to hound him for two months to complete this. Look else where for a real estate attorney. Robert did the bare minimum and charged a premium for un professional work.
Used John Meringelo for the last 9 years regarding my son’s mother. Delt with mental illness, hospitalizations and very complicated situations with amazing foresight. John made such an Iron Clad agreement from the start that ultimately obtained custody with his guidance. John just a negotiated long distance visitation for my son’s mother for our move insuring the best agreement for my family. Couldn’t be happier and for an amazing rate.
