Even if John is hired to evict you he will try to work with both parties to come to an agreement. He does keep his word as long as you keep yours and stay on top of your agreement made with him if you have to make payments he does have a drop box which is good just in case the office is closed,also his assistant aids in helping him take paymens etc she’s easy going, provides good communication and easy to work with. As far as my case goes it was a difficult situation and we came up with an agreement and John kept his word on his end as I did mine. Keep in mind that if you are the one being evicted that he has a job to do but despite having a job to do he is a good person and does care enough to try to help you.
