I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. She was a client of this law firm. It’s unfortunate I must say it was one of the most disappointing encounters I’ve ever had with a professional service. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were irrelevant. I was helping my mother through this case and these people took advantage. DO NOT COME HERE. I spoke to someone after the case was over and it’s so sad to see how many things incorrectly this place had done. Not only was the customer service lacking, but the legal assistance I sought was also far from satisfactory. Despite my clear explanation of the situation, the attorneys seemed uninterested and unwilling to invest time in my case. They didn’t add effort or bother to help when I had a question they always made me feel stupid. Of course I don’t know anything about the law so the least I expected was them to be honest and nice. Instead it was the complete opposite. It was evident that they lacked the expertise and dedication needed to handle my legal matters competently. Additionally, their communication was terrible. I was left isolated for weeks because we were too scared to speak up. Not only, they never let us know about any updates, when I tried to follow up, I was met with more rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism from Adriana Pimental. Given that these are licensed professionals, that are held to such a high standard, it is heartbreaking to see them make such a mockery of the law. We were entirely are their mercy, and have paid for a very high price for their negligence, incompetence, and lack of passion for justice. I hope that anyone reading this, take serious consideration when determining whether or not to hire this firm.
