Lisa Peters and Lauryn Watkins were extraordinary in this closing. They went above and beyond the everyday closing. When things switched at the last minute with lenders, terms, & money, they had to redo paperwork and responded to last minute changes requested by the buyer which required another touch and change of the final cd within hours of closing, I received text messages and calls that they were on it at 6am and had documents changed, shared and ready for our digital closing (buyer was remote signing as well as the sellers) If you have never used Capstone, you may want to give them a try 🙂
