They are nice & welcoming but that is it. I paid $1,000.00 to file a living trust on my home. This was May 18th & Doug said he would file it May 19th or or 22nd but I started calling & sending emails to Cleveland County about the 5th of June & it still had not been filed. I sent Zach a email stating everything I had done & a few days later he called & said I needed to stop by & sign more documents…hmm.. ok. I did this & he said they would take care of it… Well here it is July 14th & they STILL HAVE NOT FILED the trust, so I got it all together & filed it myself today. I am requesting $850.00 back since I did all the leg work & paid the fees myself. Inept does not adequately describe this place.
The attorney I was referred to was extremely unprofessional and didn’t even want to hear me out. He was adamant about me handling my own civil litigation with my landlord and he had zero resources to offer.
