Found this attorney through our legal plan. Contacted the attonrey through their website detailing all information. Next day received an email from her assistant asking me for details and our plan information. Clearly they are not reading their emails, but went ahead and emailed directly our information. Called the next day to follow up but could only reach a receptionist. She even said…oh we love your legal plan. She took down my information. The next day I finally got a response from the attorney that their caseload was too large to be able to assist us. Couldn’t they have done this on day one. Why even have a website or a contact form if you’re not taking on new clients. Very pathetic.
