DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN AND PRAY YOU NEVER HAVE HIM AS A COURT APPOINTED LAWYER! He does not return phone calls, he does no work whatsoever on your case, does not meet with you to discuss or give updates on how your case is being handled, and does not file motions. He stood before the judge in May and asked for my fiancé’s court date to be pushed out so he could file a motion for a bond reduction. It was rescheduled for June 16th. In the four weeks he had to get it done and never did it. Didn’t know what his bond was set at, had no facts at all, and when the judge asked why “we” were here today he told her he needed a trial date . My fiancé had to remind him why “we” were actually there. How is someone like this able to practice? How do you in good conciseness be lazy when people’s lives are on the line. Just because the prosecutor has targets DOES NOT MEAN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORK!
Sloppy work. Failed to file necessary paperwork on representation appearance for a traffic ticket, I ended up getting points on my license.
