I called this place in May of 2023 for a phone consultation. I had been fired shortly after getting pregnant with twins. After the consult, an attorney emailed me their contract to go over and sign in order to HIRE them and move forward to open a case against my employer. I chose NOT to. They keep sending me bills – I have called them and left numerous voicemails with no response. I finally got through to someone today. She said she had tried calling me back a few times but I must not have my voicemails set up – I have never received a call from their office since I’ve left voicemails this year, and I do indeed have my voicemails set up. I regularly get voicemails from plenty of other people and businesses. The woman I spoke with today told me multiple times that I am getting this bill because I had hired them – but I did not. No work was done. Nothing was filed. A case was never opened.
Do not walk, run. Find an attorney who is passionate about their work. This is not them.
Wish I could give no starts. Worst attorney ever. Told me several times including when we were in mediation if I did not take the settlement he would with draw as my attorney and I would loose everything. Payed more than 50k for less than 1 years work.
