Mercedes Hale reviewed my situation. Replied to me immediatley & wanted to schedule an appointment with me for the next day to discuss. I got back to her within minutes to let her know I was not available until the day after that. She asked that I copy her paralegal on all correspondance, which I did. Three e-mails and one voicemail left directly on her extension, neither one ever got back to me. Even when I specifically asked, please just let me know if you are not interested in this case…nothing! Very unprofessional!
They were the title company the seller chose to use for the sale of the house I bought in August 2020. There were filing errors one after another. My HOA estoppel wasn’t requested in a timely manner which almost delayed my closing. I found out at 8:19am on my scheduled closing date that the paperwork had finally been received and we were cleared to close. My homeowner’s insurance was almost cancelled because the check was never sent. I had to reach out months after closing to get a copy of the closing paper work. It’s difficult to give the HOA the warranty deed if I don’t have one. I’m in the process of replacing the fence at my new house and now realize I was charged for a land survey I never received. My paid invoice is included in my closing paperwork but the survey results are MIA.
