I presented my invention, she showed me a book that holds completion of patent’s with all the mechanics, from the nuts to the bolts. She said they will put the mechanics showing how it works. But I guess after contacting Davidson invention she got cold feet as though she been bought. I paid her 7000$ And she for some odd reason said she didn’t want to get involved. But I got my money back, but as a patent attorney you would think u would fight for me. But she did shake them up. A put out a abandoned notification. But Davidson invention Do… Not I repeat Do… NOT get involved…or u will regret it.
Great experience! Grace did all the registration paperwork for the trademark for our business. She was very helpful and patient with answering all of our questions (there were a lot). We actually had to change our business name in order to secure the trademark- she was very helpful with that as well. This can be a very complex process- make sure you have a good, knowledgeable attorney to help you through it. Screwups can add a lot of time, $$$, and frustration to this; don’t take shortcuts! Overall a great experience, we would highly recommend Grace!!
