Beware. He also took OUR money and then failed to accept or return our frequent calls and emails, AND THOSE OF THE CHAPTER 13 TRUSTEE, while they were writing us about a problem for over 8 months. His absolute lack of care and follow up resulted in all of our unsecured debts being paid instead of the mortgage, allowing interest and late penalties accruing on our mortgage, tens of thousands of dollars in total. Opposite the reason we hired this charming person. Apparently, according to the good lawyer that we were forced to hire to replace him to save our home, there is no punishment, only a small resolution. Despite his advertising regarding caringly helping foreclosure victims, the court has corrected his error, thankfully, by having my 72 year old husband and me pay a few hundred extra dollars a month for the next 3 and 1/2 years to “Catch up”. We really liked and trusted Mr. Gantz and the only satisfaction for betrayal that is available to us is to try and save someone else from repeating our costly mistake.
