I am a lender that has a refinance in Ohio. we called this title company to see if they are interested and the response was essentially, “we dont know if we want it… you will have to email donna and find out” I’m sorry, but I work with title companies across the USA and if someone is coming to you with free business, I would expect a little more appreciation? I felt like a bother.. and that I would be so lucky if they choose to work with us. I am completely shocked at this response.. but, maybe this is just an Ohio thing? so I called Havard title and the gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and look forward to the 1.2 Million dollar refinance that we had for him. there was not any… go email donna and find out … nope, it was yes sir we are happy to help and thank you for the business!
