Aiko used to be my friend, but she left my fiancée high and dry. She actually handled my custody case about 2 years ago, which went fantastically, and was doing mostly great on this one…then she failed to file the paperwork with the court, blocked both of our numbers and quit replying to all communications, and also kept her remaining retainer.
Aiko represented me for a divorce against my abusive husband. She was amazing in the beginning, promising to fight and get me everything I deserved. Just before the divorce was final, she stopped responding, and removed herself from my case. Just left me high and dry. She left my divorce papers in an envelope for me to pick up and sign on my own. Things were different than we had discussed- wording in the restraining order was changed, and she refused to help me. I had to sign my papers with no assistance. My ex’s attorney took full advantage and refused to release my money I was awarded in the divorce. I had to hire another attorney. Do not trust or hire this lady. She took advantage of my situation and is a complete FRAUD!
