Outstanding performance
Was able to work with her and her team on determining the best approach to getting our business issues resolved. Very informative and helpful. Definitely will depend on her services for my company going forward.
Updated review: Initially had a quick start to services by the lead attorney. However, when our business as many others were was impacted by delays in invoice payments and funding due to current administration landscape and other difficult factors, Duncan Law employed predatory collection practices after we had already paid nearing $10K to the firm and striving to clear the remaining balance. The lack of empathy to fellow small and minority owned businesses is not worth pursuing representation from this firm. Many businesses can provide both effective legal representation and work with clients who are dealing with tough times right now to clear account balances after making payments historically. This just happens to not be one of those legal firms that can achieve both those goals to represent small business owners. Threatening to go after us a neighboring local business that provides support to public entities and non profit orgs to provide services to marginalized communities by messing up individual personal credit, for payments completed under a business to business services agreement and offering as EIN to EIN business account payments is pretty terrible. Especially in this climate when the federal entities in power are going after everyone from minority businesses scrambling to replace suddenly terminated funding to large law firms.
