Had a consultation scheduled quickly. The consultation felt went very well, the person on the other line was very polite, seemed knowledgeable and sounded like he cared about the case. This was 3 weeks ago and I have since followed up twice, giving it a week each time. While I understand it’s the holidays, I would have expected a simple “We will get back with you shortly”. This of course doesn’t give me the confidence that communication will be handled well. I’ve since moved on, a simple reply to either confirm or stating we wouldn’t be a good fit would have gone a long way.
