My Mother’s trust was written by Michelle Aruda originally. THen someone else amended it to 8 or so times. They do not contact the heirs in a timely manner. They send letters to the wrong address, To addresses that people NEVER lived at. They assume you can read their minds. They carbon copy family members that do not want their addresses out there. They send letters that do not get to people until after the stated date for the people to respond to purchase My mother’s jewelry. They allowed the co-trustee to cash my Mother’s social security checks for at least 7 months after my mother died. They have put my mother’s house in jeapordy of being foreclosed. What have they done to my mom’s estate? One lawyer I talked to said they “padded” the trust with words and calculations at least twice. Another attorney I talked to said that Devine Millemet Branch is one of the most expensive law firms in NH and his comments were they did a poor job for my Mom. I am so upset with the lack of performance of DMB.
