I received a letter from Dan regarding a client of his who made untrue accusations about my family. The letter was extremely unprofessional and jumped straight to conclusions without any evidence when, in fact, his client was behaving abhorrently. I do not envy the work he does and am aware he represents people in desperate situations. Some are willing to lie to leverage in their favor, even if they are committing crimes. The wording of his letter was as if he was giving his personal rather than professional perspective. The letter was laughable. I have no law background but I responded via letter with my own rebuttal and thankfully it silenced he and his client. If you are in the situation of needing to make false accusations about family and friends in order for things to work in your favor, it is pathetic, but Dan has proven he will blindly go forward for a fee (that I imagine only a sugar daddy would agree to pay), clearly willing to throw the wrong people under the bus. If you are looking for that then you might benefit from him.
Dan helped me in a very complex multi-State custody battle, divorce, and helped with my estate planning. He’s incredibly knowledgeable of the legal system, honest in his opinion, and direct with his advice. Highly recommend.
Kind, knowledgeable, fair, and efficient. Listened, and responded quickly, mostly via email vs costly phone calls. Talked me down when needed, but always had my back. Highly recommend.
