This title company made a huge mistake on our Grant Deed. I have tried many times to have this corrected and re-filed correctly but they just continue to ignore the problem. I will be seeking a court judgement against them as it could have long term effects on our lives. Please choose another title company for your needs as when they make a mistake they just sweep it under the rug. You cannot count on them to do the right thing. Promises but no action. Do business here at your own peril!!!
