This was at their Northshore location. I spent 3 weeks getting together all of our debts, account numbers, phone numbers, etc…
My experience was excellent from the start.
We had a good experience. Until we got our hearing over with. We had to go back in and sign an reaffirmation document for our single wide. No biggie. He said, ryan was his name, he would call us in a few days before filing it so we could confirm our decision. Never heard from him. We got an email summoning us to court because the bankruptcy court didn’t receive our payment (they had it set to be paid on Feb 6th when our documents said the 8th). Called on a Saturday and a man anme mark said he would get the message to Ryan and he would call Monday or Tuesday. We never hear from anyone. We call. Nothing. No ringing. Nothing. Complete silence. For days. Then they update it and when we call it says they are sorry for the outage, No explanation. It was automated. We still have not heard from anyone at all. We emailed a day or 2 ago. And just yesterday got discharge papers. And we still have not heard a single word from any one at all and can’t get thru to anyone. It is SO unprofessional to leave your clients hanging. Especially when they have already paid you and you are obligated to said clients until they are discharged.
