Kevin did a horrible job defending me . He was unprepared most of the time . He messed up my motion to suppress hearing and I took my case to trial and lost . This was receiving stolen property case and they no case against me . In the beginning of the trail he stated last chance to take the plea deal …which was a year probation and a couple months in jail . I said after explaining to this man 10 times my innocents ,showing him all the proof I was not guilty of this crime . He said it don’t matter ….there gonna get you . I have more examples why this man doesn’t need to practice law .
