Attorney Andrew Brusky and his staff began serving my family in October 2022 on estate matters. He came highly recommended by the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ARDC) of Milwaukee County and I turned to him as I was untangling a complicated situation regarding financial and property issues for two elderly siblings, who had a host of medical and mental health issues (my sister passed in April 2023). Attorney Brusky illuminated a path to ensure the well-being of my siblings by outlining steps for me to take that would make them eligible for the social services they would need as their needs increased. While my siblings’ assets are/were modest, they were complex for people with no experience in navigating the world of insurance, Medicaid and the assisted living industry.
