Mr. Yonkers is extremely professional and very well versed in Michigan law pertaining to estate planning. My husband and I knew what we wanted to accomplish with our estate plan but had no idea how to do it. Prior to our appointment with Mr Yonkers the firm requested copies of all pertinent documents, and surveyed our wishes for end of life care to review before the meeting. At the meeting Mr Yonkers asked a thorough set of questions regarding our goals, assets and family. With that information he was able to develop a plan that will shield us from unnecessary taxes and allow us to maintain control over our estate. A bonus was that a meeting was set up to review the final plan via Zoom so that our daughters who live several hours away could hear the plan and ask questions. I have since come to understand that not all firms provide these services. I would highly recommend Brogan and Yonkers for anyone beginning the estate planning process.
