Public Defender in Laramie, Wyoming, has received mixed reviews from clients regarding their services as attorneys and lawyers. While some reviewers express frustration over perceived inefficiencies and a lack of communication, others highlight the dedication and hard work of the staff, particularly in challenging circumstances. Overall, there is a sentiment that, despite the challenges they face, the public defenders are committed to serving the community and providing support to those in need.
These people are lazy and clearly are not there to do their job. I call them people and not attorneys because they are clearly not there to work. Even the receptionist Audrey was very unhelpful and borderline rude. She even went as far as to give what I know to be false advice and information. She has been unhelpful EVERY time I have called. I thought that they were here to defend and get inmates out if jail. These people don’t care about the client’s at all. I have been trying to get a signature change for over a week so that I can bond someone out and I can’t even get a call back!!!!
Great help
The personal at the public defenders office are some of the cities hardest workers. Thanks to the corrupt practices of O’MALLEY and Peggy Trent they are also VERY over worked. Let’s help out their work load by demanding and forcing Peggy Trent into retirement so the officers stop writing bogus tickets which harass mainly the poor. Getting rid of all the unmerited attacks on the poor would drastically change the work load these true community service employees have to deal with. Making it so they are defending those who actually need their services due to REAL circumstances. Rather than waisting their valuable time on fraudulent charges by the bad apples who are enabled by the lack of leadership and integrity in the prosecutors office. Viva la Justice… because of the wonderful people who give and give and give, to protect the poor from the criminal hands and protocol Peggy “The Tyrant” Trent is so accustomed to.
