This place is the most Unprofessional Public defender’s office i’ve ever seen in my life. The front desk secretary is very rude to to everyone talking down to them.. Unprofessional To be a secretary… nobody should be spoke down to or talked to in such a way… she seems very unhappy with her job and her Position I would never recommend this office to anyone.. Half the time I feel like she doesn’t even relay the messages to the attorneys.. She hangs up in people’s faces , she yells at them. Is a very disrespectful secretary.Probably the worst secretary i’ve ever spoke to in my life in law enforcement and attorneys offices.. not the Appropriate fit for this kind of business at all..
Never had to have a public defender myself but in my line of work having to interact with the converse county office has always been positive.
