I called Mr. Matthew Walker from CA with some questions about Corporate Law, and Mr. Walker offered over 45 minutes of his time providing sound legal advice and guidance based on his in-depth legal expertise. Although, the interaction was brief, Mr. Walker demonstrated that he is a gentleman with in-depth knowledge in the subject matter, and yet more important, a genuinely a person of very ethical and with high moral values. I am from CA, and frankly, it is really hard to locate legal counsel with such noble qualities in his/her personality/character. He could have easily advised me to acquire certain billable legal services, however, he advised me that I do not need such services, and he offered his time to hear me out and guide me absolutely free of charge. I truly wish Mr. Matthew Walker would offered his legal services in the state of CA, and I had the privilege of working with such a high quality legal counsel; I mean it.
