This company has done nothing but given me the run around. It is to the point where I am reporting them to the bbb. I was asked for check stubs 5 times as well as other documents. After sending them they gave me every excuse under the sun on why they couldn’t proceed. As they made my bills higher. I finally got fed up and said just send me my money back. At this point Kristie says let her look at the hours put in to charge me for work that I never seen. Nothing was done on their end I supplied all of the documents. For them to tell me they couldn’t do what they said they could do. And they are now trying to charge me for it. They have over $1500 of my money and refuse to respond to my emails or calls and refuse to refund my money! DO NOT deal with this company. I have tried to be patient with them because I hate to give any negative review on any company but this is going on 2 weeks with no refund and no message as to where my refund is. The way kristie and her team are conducting business is not okay under any circumstances in my opinion it is theft.you as a company don’t hold a persons money and not respond to their messages or phone calls.I pray that God fixes this.
