Wouldn’t even meet for an initial consultation for under $200. Was told “he doesn’t work for free.” Well, he’s not working or hired yet, he is listening to me talk to see if he will even TAKE the case. Way to jump the gun, bud. Go elsewhere, you can already see where this is going, fee, after fee, after fee. Save your time and money.

We purchased a home from a family member and went to them for help with the transaction. It took them 8 weeks to get ready to close a cash purchase with no inspection or contingency. Finally a Title company bailed them out and got the closing done. They charge $600 for a genetic printed offer to Purchase! They never returned one phone call , they only way to get any response is to go to the office in person.the help is the most incompetent group I personally have ever worked with!
