I’m a retired Navy SEAL and former Deputy Sheriff, I had a very negative experience with Phillips & Gemignani, LLC. I used them for mediation, but it felt completely one sided in favor of my ex-wife. The process lacked fairness and balance, and I didn’t feel heard or supported. Mediation is supposed to be neutral, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a fair and impartial mediator.

Cheryl Gemignani’s mediation tactics were a complete failure for my case. Her element of surprise was more of a temporary stun. We thought we had an agreement only to have it backfire the next day when my wife had time to think more about it. We could have had much greater success knowing and preparing for the other’s position prior to mediation. Thousands of dollars were wasted. We now sit 3 months later with no progress.
