I used Collins Law Pewaukee Location for planning my Will. They were very professional and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. From Gifford Collins to Kay at the front desk and Val the Paralegal, everyone was great.
I had a complimentary consultation with Atty. Leifheit and was pleasantly surprised with her recommendations for a trust update and suggestions for consideration of options she believed to be in my best interest. I have had a trust for over twenty years that had been amended numerous times. And as a result, it was messy and recent life events placed my family and myself at risk. Given my goals of ensuring that my estate does not go through probate nor incurs any surprises after my passing, I was pleased with her creative suggestions that were crafted with simplicity and clarity. All of the added-value steps and products pulled the process and documentation together into one that is cohesive, easy to understand, painless, and yet provides the highest level of protection.
